Deep Tissue
Focused bodywork for tension in deeper layers of tissue, including areas affected by repetitive movement or old injuries. Tell me how the pressure feels during your session so I can adjust it. Some soreness afterward is common.

01 · Lineage and approach
I learned Ashiatsu directly from Ruthie Hardee, founder of DeepFeet Bar Therapy.
She taught me how to use my feet with control and how to adjust pressure to the person on the table. DeepFeet’s official directory lists me as a certified graduate in Maryland.

I use my feet and body weight to give broad, controlled pressure. Secure overhead bars help me balance and adjust my weight. We’ll talk about whether Ashiatsu suits you before using it.
If you are unsure what to book, choose therapist recommendation. I can combine methods, including relaxing Swedish techniques with oils or lotion, rolling, kneading, and percussion, to support circulation, ease everyday aches and stress, and improve flexibility.
