I’m a therapist

01 · Lineage and approach

I learned from
Ruthie Hardee.

I learned Ashiatsu directly from Ruthie Hardee, founder of DeepFeet Bar Therapy.

She taught me how to use my feet with control and how to adjust pressure to the person on the table. DeepFeet’s official directory lists me as a certified graduate in Maryland.

Deep Tissue

Focused bodywork for tension in deeper layers of tissue, including areas affected by repetitive movement or old injuries. Tell me how the pressure feels during your session so I can adjust it. Some soreness afterward is common.

Ashiatsu

I use my feet and body weight to give broad, controlled pressure. Secure overhead bars help me balance and adjust my weight. We’ll talk about whether Ashiatsu suits you before using it.

A session shaped for you

If you are unsure what to book, choose therapist recommendation. I can combine methods, including relaxing Swedish techniques with oils or lotion, rolling, kneading, and percussion, to support circulation, ease everyday aches and stress, and improve flexibility.

03 · Standing Room

A monthly spot
on my calendar.

$20 a month. Cancel anytime.

$20/ month
  • Hold one standing monthly slot for up to a year
  • See and book new openings first
  • $15 off one appointment a month
  • First call when a session cancels

Once you join: $20 a month covers the four benefits above.

Joining the waitlist: I am testing the year-long standing slot with a small group. I’ll invite more people as slots free up.

Who can book online?+

Existing clients sign in to their secure account for Regular appointments. New clients may request an appointment or book a published Priority Clinic opening.

Why are there so few times?+

I work at one location each day and leave time between appointments. I add online openings in stages so returning clients can keep their regular appointments.

What is the deposit?+

New clients pay a 50% deposit. Priority Clinic appointments booked within 48 hours are prepaid in full.

What happens if I cancel?+

More than 48 hours ahead, a deposit may be refunded or moved once. Inside 48 hours it is retained; if I refill the opening, it becomes account credit.

Is this emergency care?+

No. Massage therapy is not emergency care or medical triage. If you may be experiencing an emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate medical care.
